Tadabbur (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Data Stored Locally on Your Device:
Tadabbur stores your reading progress, preferences, and streak data locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Verse Content:
Quran verse text, translations, and tafseer content are fetched from our servers (powered by Supabase) to display in the App. These requests do not include personal identifying information.
We do not collect, store, or share:
Supabase: We use Supabase to host and deliver Quran verse content. Supabase may process standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operations. Please review Supabase’s Privacy Policy for details.
RevenueCat: If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, RevenueCat is used to manage these transactions. RevenueCat processes purchase-related data as described in their Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device’s built-in security measures. For any data transmitted to our servers (verse content requests), we use industry-standard HTTPS encryption.
Tadabbur does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App’s content is educational and suitable for all ages, but we do not target or market to children.
Since your data is stored locally, you have full control over it at all times. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
