By accessing or using Tadabbur, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tadabbur is a mobile application that presents daily Quran verses with tafseer (commentary) from Ibn Kathir to help users build a habit of Quranic reflection and understanding.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial Quranic study and reflection. You may not:
The App’s design, code, graphics, and user interface are the property of Tadabbur and are protected by intellectual property laws. Quranic text is the word of Allah and is freely available to all. Tafsir content is derived from classical Islamic scholarship and is presented for educational purposes.
Tadabbur may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or availability. While we strive to present authentic tafseer content, the App is a study aid and should not be considered a substitute for guidance from qualified Islamic scholars.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadabbur and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
